第一步
1.下载ByeTyp插件：

2.解压后，把文件夹名称命名为ByeTyp，否则插件将无法正常运行。然后上传至typecho的 usr/plugins/ 目录
3.在插件管理启用插件，然后在“控制台 - 数据导出”中导出xml文件
第二步
1.安装一个wordpress程序
2.进入wordpress网站后台，在工具 - 导入中安装WordPress导入器并点击运行导入器

报告注意看两个点，如果白细胞多，大概率就是病毒感染，如果淋巴细胞少，那大概率就是细菌感染。
状态判断
发烧的时候摸他的手脚，如果手脚是暖的，就是在稳定降温状态，如果手脚是冰冷的，就是还在升温状态
特别是半夜发烧，娃还在睡觉，如果38.5但是是在稳定降温状态，可以不用管，睡眠有助于他自己免疫力的恢复降温，但是如果在升温状态，可以半个小时再测一下，小孩升温很快，如果继续升温，果断喊起来喂药，不然能飙到40度。
药物选择
退烧贴不推荐
退烧贴其实就是物理降温，类似于放个毛巾，但是如果高烧状态，退烧贴没用。所以高烧推荐对乙酰氨基酚或者布洛芬。

我自己用退烧药，也是经常会碰到说用这两个药，但是具体区别从来没有弄清楚，搜索之后总结了一下
安全性：
对乙酰氨基酚：2月龄以上可使用，伤肝，对肠胃和肾刺激小，所以肝炎禁用，肾功能不全和流动性消化溃疡慎用，妊娠期和心力衰竭可用。
布洛芬：6月龄以上可使用，伤肾不伤肝，对肠胃有刺激，所以肝炎可以用，肾功能不全和流动性消化溃疡禁用，妊娠期和心力衰竭禁用。
效果和持续时间
对乙酰氨基酚：
优点：起效快，30分钟之内体温下降明显，
缺点：持续时间短：134分钟
布洛芬：
优点：持续时间更长：183分钟，退烧效果强，特别是高于38.5度的高烧阶段。
缺点：起效比对乙酰氨基酚慢
两者都可以治疗头疼、牙疼、肌肉疼、痛经、骨关节炎。布洛芬额外还可以缓解风湿关节炎，通风急性发作。
用量
对乙酰氨基酚：可餐前服用，4-6小时间隔，24小时不超过4次。儿童最大单次剂量15mg/kg，成人日最大剂量2g
布洛芬：随餐或者餐后服用，4-6小时，24小时不超过4次。儿童最大单次剂量10mg/kg，成人日最大剂量1.2g
酒精会加重肝和胃的损伤，吃药的时候避免饮酒。避免两个同时或交替混用
如果超过4次了又发烧了怎么办
比如一直喂的布洛芬，已经喝了第4次，又高烧了，这时候就建议换成对乙酰氨基酚，小孩就是所谓的美林（布洛芬）和泰诺（对乙酰氨基酚）。就是换一下，如果手头没有，那么就再超量喂一次。反正持续高烧的话不行
拆封之后的布洛芬混悬液效果真不能保证，昨晚四点多发烧喝了效果不怎么好，早上用外卖买了一瓶新的。快点好起来吧~
回诊记录
11月11日更新
崽崽发烧了三天，周日晚上依旧高烧。周一早上又带着去医院，这次拍了胸片，显示肺炎。医生说挺严重的，要立马安排输液。真是要被气死，周末抱着去挂急诊的时候就是想着高烧不退，想让安排输液，当时医生告知说输液解决不了发烧，让吃布洛芬继续观察，结果今天更严重了安排输液，水平是真的差。
周一输液之后，周二直接换了家医院，依旧输液，不过除了头孢，因为有点咳嗽，同时还有祛痰的药物。晚上终于不烧了。医生建议要输一周之后观察。
11月16日更新
输液这段时间没有再发烧，医生听肺提示有痰，但是没有再发烧。周五输完最后一次，这几天吃的易坦静，周五开了祛痰的新药。但是昨晚咳得更厉害，并且今天白天依旧咳嗽，精神状态也不好。明天再带着去医院看看是药物问题，还是需要再拍片，期待有好消息。
11月19日更新
11月17继续去医院，和医生沟通咳嗽问题。医生建议再输液两天，所以17、18又输了两天液和雾化，19日拍胸片看复查结果，今天请假拍了胸片，左边和右上肺比之前好了点，但是吸收依旧不好，还是有痰。所以直接买了雾化机，继续吃药和雾化，看看吸收效果。因为现在支气管炎和腺病毒正处于高发，精神状态很好，除了咳嗽，其他状态正常，所以观察下看看，同时也约了26号儿童医院的号，不得不说现在儿科的号真难约。
11月25日更新
今天复查拍了胸片，医生说吸收不错，还剩一小半，因为还有咳嗽，所以建议去儿童医院开个新的药，不需要住院和网上说的气管镜之类的，没有那么严重，医生意思是那里的消炎药会更好，所以听从建议，明天去儿童医院。

今天来上海儿童医院，不得不吐槽今天这个医生态度真垃圾！
之前检查作废，让做病原体检测，早上九点到的医院，但是检测要到下午五点之后出结果。不听肺音，也没有看喉咙这些检查，不开药，直接说让小孩住院，我说现在医院也是高峰期，各种交叉感染，拒绝住院。
他说说病原体检测结果出来之后，明天你们挂号再来看。号又不是说有就有，风尘仆仆早上去，结果一句话就打发了。我说号很难抢的，他说你半夜十二点看看可能会放号。我说那顺便也开个支原体耐药性检测吧，我们吃了阿奇霉素和红霉素，但是感觉效果一般。这医生说这个检测要两天，现在没必要做。我问他如果明天病原体检测出来了，又发现耐药了，岂不是又耽误两天。这才给我开了检测单。
今天要气死，太辣鸡！医者仁心他是一点不配。
11月27日更新
今天又来到儿童医院，做好了心理准备，如果还是昨天那个医生，直接要求换医生，碰到这种医生真晦气。
今天医生很耐心，听了肺音，说还有湿啰音，我说耐药性检测要到明天才能出来，医生又输了头孢，同时开了克拉霉素，停掉红霉素。化痰药和雾化继续做。让明天再去输头孢。鉴于小孩之前已经输过九天头孢，和昨天碰到的医生的态度，大医院也不是所有医生都是好医生。
所以我又咨询了另外两个外地医院的医生，两个医生建议是如果咳嗽不严重，输液也很多天了，可能也是处于恢复期。输液多了也不好，所以建议是观察孩子状态，如果状态不错，可以只吃药，咳嗽并不是输液就能彻底根除，多拍背祛痰，支原体感染的炎症最终还是要靠清掉支原体，并不是头孢的作用。
纠结之后，决定先吃药看两天状态，先停止输液，同时约了30号的号复查，赌一把。
11月30号更新
赌对了，28号耐药性检测出来了，的确是耐药了，不过克拉霉素效果可以，现在小孩咳嗽也就是一天一两次，今天复查听肺音，已经没有了湿啰音，克拉霉素周期是十天，所以医生建议是吃够十天之后可以再拍个片子复查。折腾了将近一个月，终于可以睡个好觉了
12月9号更新
现在已经基本不咳了，雾化和药已经慢慢停了，慢慢恢复，查了下医保记录，算下来花了四千七。年假也用完了。精疲力尽，不过看着活泼的娃，但愿都能有健健康康的身体，看病也要咨询靠谱的医生。
